The project “From the Other Side of the Desk" is an inciative that was started as a commitment for implementing changes in education and as implmentation of those changes in the classroom through inovative teaching methods. The goal of the project is to organize students’ spare time during the winter holiday, giving students active roles in the process of aquiring knowledge and additional motivation and education of professors in the process of implementing ICT in teaching process, and in the same time creating of virtual web page for on line communication and training process between the teachers.
During the first week after winter holiday, the students take over the roles of their teachers and present their activities and programme to them, who take the roles of the students. Within the presentation, the students, devided in groups according to their interests, present the lessons to their teachers.
