Learning activity details

The Amazonian area will experience a climate change in the next 100 years making it drier than today.  Students will investigate one animal using Smithsonian website. They will ask questions to the experts from the Zoo (live meeting). After research the teams from the five implied countries will make a video about an Amazonian animal and will imagine how it can survive in drier conditions. These will be uploaded to youtube.com to be shared between the different countries. The debate and the sharing of ideas between the implied teams will be from a distance through Live Meeting. The finality of the project is digital storytelling (by adapted media for each team of students) of the life in a drier world! The stories will be uploaded in the wiki named Stories for the future on http://portal.moisil.ro
