In this lesson the teacher will explain the Ancient French regime and its crisis and will explain the factors that led to the French Revolution and the role played by the Revolutionaries in the revolution. The notions of equality and freedom emerged as the central ideas of a new age but in different countries they were reinterpreted and re thought in many different ways.
