This will imporve many of the students’ important skills. Additionally, students can also accumulate more understanding of social life and conduct many charitable activities with a high sense of community.
Our project has been through 2 phases within 8 weeks. In phase 1, students studied the theories of narrative literature genre, then began selecting groups, registering topics, writing scripts, editing, filming and voicing for the product to shape. Entering the second phase, 5 best groups completed and enhanced their products with the addition of film subtitles, trailers and posters.
ICT technologies used in the project: we used online classes with engrade.com and students make plan by Online Mind Maps with Spiderscribe.net, they used school forum to exchange ideas and communicate, they wrote the script with Microsoft Office then after went out to the real world with camera they used Windows movie maker, power director, Aegisub, ProShow gold ... to make movies, upload movies to YouTube, then share their products via Facebook.
